Your Rights, Our Rules & Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fk111", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of fk111.cam, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform serving the Philippine market.
• "Platform" means the fk111 website accessible at fk111.cam, all associated pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, and progressive web app versions thereof.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the fk111 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the fk111 Platform.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using actual funds deposited into a Player's fk111 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by fk111.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and fk111 policy before withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating online gaming in the Philippines.

By creating an Account and using the fk111 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required by Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual or corporate entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a fk111 employee, affiliate, or software provider.
• You have not been self-excluded from fk111 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform and voluntarily chosen to re-engage in breach of that exclusion.
• You are accessing the Platform using funds that are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity.

fk111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Accounts opened in violation of these eligibility requirements will have any winnings forfeited and remaining deposits returned at fk111's sole discretion.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) fk111 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fk111 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-account activity.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. fk111 is not liable for communication failures resulting from outdated contact information.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. This includes maintaining password confidentiality, not sharing your login credentials with third parties, and ensuring your registered mobile number is accessible for OTP verification. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact fk111 support immediately via live chat.

fk111 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and InstaPay/PESONet interbank transfers. The minimum deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). All transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise indicated for specific payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your fk111 Account balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. fk111 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or network connectivity issues on the payment provider's end.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Withdrawal must be processed to a payment method in your own name that matches your fk111 Account registration details.
• Any active bonus funds must be either fully wagered or forfeited before a withdrawal of real money funds can be processed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• fk111 charges no platform fees on standard withdrawals via supported Philippine payment methods. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

fk111 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected, in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

fk111 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, daily login bonuses, reload bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms stated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all fk111 promotions:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any use of bonuses in a systematic, professional, or coordinated manner to exploit the house edge — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account play — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• fk111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus wagering obligations already in progress are honoured.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus interpretation, fk111's decision is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

All games available on the fk111 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified by internationally accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect independently audited theoretical return rates for each game.

Live dealer games are operated from professional studio environments by qualified dealers following standardized procedures. fk111 does not control or manipulate live game outcomes, which are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnection, game freeze, or software error — fk111's records shall be the primary reference for resolving the outcome. Where a malfunction renders a game outcome void, bets placed on that round will be returned to the Player's balance. fk111 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical fault outside our reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fk111 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to fk111 support immediately; failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process payments for unlawful purposes, or otherwise engage in conduct that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160 and its amendments).
• Conducting any activity that interferes with, damages, or disables fk111's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized access attempts.

fk111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes identity information provided during registration and KYC, financial transaction records, gameplay history, and device and connectivity information. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement purposes. fk111 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on the fk111 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, user interface design, software code, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of fk111 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international copyright conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fk111 Platform solely for personal and recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without fk111's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fk111's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fk111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated winnings, or business interruption arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures outside fk111's infrastructure.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by independent game RNG systems operating as certified.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fk111's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

Voluntary closure: You may close your fk111 Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Pending withdrawals will be processed prior to closure in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are a separate mechanism from standard account closure — details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

Involuntary closure: fk111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit balances (where legally permitted), in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of fraudulent, false, or unverifiable identity information.
• Multi-accounting or any form of bonus abuse.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.

Where an Account is closed by fk111 for reasons other than breach of Terms, the remaining real money balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their primary registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact fk111's support team to attempt resolution. fk111 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, Players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels as the relevant regulatory authority.

fk111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate change is required by PAGCOR regulatory instruction or applicable law.

Your continued use of the fk111 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 11 above. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute.
